TDMF Series Belt Conveyor is widely used in grain, food, feed, chemical etc processing industries.
The working principle is that the unloading device is connected to the belt conveyor. According to the stacking angle of different materials, the material is raised to a certain height with the angle of the unloading device, and then discharged through the three-way to one side, both sides or in the middle, the flow and flow of the material controlled by the gate valves (or flap valves) of each channel. The belt is redirected through the front and rear rollers to return it to the front. The unloading device can move back and forth on the belt conveyor track to realize multi-point unloading.

Equipped with grain discharge distributor, to achieve one point feeding and multi point unloading function. It is widely used in grain tank top feeding.

Packing and Delivery
For safety transportation purpose, we use standard exporting packing for all the machines. Packing method such as wood box/tray, steel box/tray etc, to ensure the machine will be reached to you safely.
Operation procedure
1. When start operation, it is necessary to start without load first, then feeding material evenly.
2. Stop the feeding before stop machine, and stop the belt conveyor after the material on the belt is delivered.
3. If the belt is found to be biased, the tensioning device should be adjusted in time until it is not deflected.
4. Check the equipment frequently to keep the oil in the reducer
